The Bathroom and Kitchen Bundles do not come with a warranty, but if there are issues following the use of the products, please get in touch with us.

We offer free delivery across the entire United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. You won't have to worry about any hidden fees, minimum spend, or minimum quantity.
Your order will arrive just a few days prior to your preferred delivery date. We typically start preparing the orders around 5-10 days prior to the desired delivery date. Once your order leaves our facilities, we'll email you the tracking number and you will be able to monitor it in real-time. If you then decide to change the delivery date, you will be able to do so from the tracking portal.

If you're staying in student accommodation, your order will be delivered to the reception. Otherwise, if you're unavailable, our delivery partner DPD will leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery at your convenience. You can also track your delivery using the DPD portal with your tracking number, through which you can change the delivery date or select delivery to a safe place or delivery to a neighbor.
Yes, you can change your delivery date as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us at info@studentessentials.co to request a change. If it's already been dispatched, you can make changes through the DPD tracking page using your tracking number.
If you're having trouble locating your order, don't worry. You can check your tracking email for real-time updates and delivery status. You can also use the DPD portal to see a picture of the delivery driver and proof of delivery. If you still can't find your order, please contact us at info@studentessentials.co for assistance.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept opened or used items.
If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the item is being returned for any other reason, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once we have received the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 2-3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment method. In order for us to process the return in a timely manner, please provide us with the tracking number of returns where possible.
